As Founder and President of DELTA VERITAS Consulting and Training, Mo has been providing consulting, professional development training workshops, coaching services and has delivered Keynote speeches to financial advisors, planners and bankers in both the domestic and international markets for many well-known broker-dealer and financial firms such as Merrill Lynch, LPL Financial, Morgan Stanley, Cetera, Voya, AIG Advisor Group, Credit Suisse First Boston, UBS, Lincoln Financial, Wells Fargo, Principal, Ladenburg Thalmann, Securities America, Triad, TIAA, Investacorp, Ameritas, Met Life Securities, Cambridge, Raymond James and Kestra Financial.

For almost 20 years, Mo has demonstrated the exceptional ability to identify and implement strategic and tactical activities that directly impact the growth of an advisor’s business. Maureen began consulting advisors in 1998 as an internal ‘teams’ consultant for Merrill Lynch’s top performing advisors who produced more than $2.5million in production. Her mission was to demonstrate and train “brokers” how to “run their books of business like a business”. Unlike many coaches who focused on traditional teaming methods of personality testing, Mo’s consulting focused on the critical aspects of business strategy and practice management. Mo’s clients have achieved marked business improvements and increased gross revenues and her consulting methodology and style has become highly recognized as the “most value added consulting and training approaches” throughout the financial services industry.

While working as an internal consultant at Merrill Lynch, she was asked to join a Private Wealth Advisory Team in Manhattan with $6 million gross production and over $1 billion in assets under management. She received the Series 7 and was involved in closing several UHNW multi-million dollar deals. Subsequently, Maureen was recruited back into management to start the Business Advisory Group within Merrill Lynch’s International Division, in which she directed all teaming, business and growth opportunities for international financial advisors. In 2002, Maureen realized there was a demand for Practice Management throughout the industry and started Delta Veritas Consulting Group. The primary objective, in Mo’s words, is to work diligently to help advisors “put numbers on the board” by changing how an advisor works on their business … “they must change their truth and change the way they run and manage their practice…Delta Veritas”.

Mo received an MBA from the Carroll Graduate School of Management at Boston College in 1993, after selling her company in 1997 she consulted small and mid-size business owners on capital financing, marketing and business planning. Based on her performance throughout the service sector, Mo was invited by Madeline Albright and the government of Northern Ireland to participate in an on-going global initiative to deliver the Women’s European Platform on Economic Development in Ireland. She also developed and implemented a Team initiative program which was featured in U.S News and World Report and has appeared in Fortune magazine for her consulting work.
